Using the portal
Scrollable tab bar
The tab bar at the top of the Dashboard is wider than the screen on mobile. Swipe it left and right to reveal all tabs.
Job cards scroll vertically
Each tab scrolls independently. On the Jobs tab, scroll down to see all your pending applications.
Notifications
When a new letter is ready to review, you receive a notification to your personal email.
Refine letters on the go
In the Letters tab, tap any letter and type a plain-text instruction (e.g. "Make it shorter"). The AI updates it instantly.
All tabs visible at once
On desktop the full tab bar fits without scrolling: Jobs, Letters, CRM, Bookings, Inbox, Access. Click any tab — switching is instant.
Side-by-side letter review
The letter modal opens at full width on desktop. Read cover letter and tailored CV before approving.
Job collection schedule
Jobs are collected automatically at 08:00 and 20:00 server time. You can also trigger manual collection from the Jobs tab.
